Anchor is the foundational pathway within Awareness & Integration.
It centres on Five Element acupuncture, a gentle but powerful system of medicine that helps regulate the body, calm the nervous system and restore balance over time.
People usually come to Anchor when life is demanding and their system is starting to feel the strain.

You don’t need to be in crisis to receive support.

The first two month commitment includes:
Initial consultation with Grace (90 minutes)
5 acupuncture sessions with Awareness & Integration associate practitioners
Flexible rhythm of treatment (weekly or fortnightly)
Treatment tailored to your physical and emotional state

Investment
Months 1 & 2 £400/month
Your first two months are a structured commitment. This covers your initial consultation with Grace and all acupuncture sessions with our associate practitioner across months one and two.
Payments are taken monthly by subscription.
From Month 3 — The Existence Subscription
Once the active phase is complete, you move into the Existence Subscription — an ongoing monthly rhythm tailored to what your system needs to maintain the progress made.
Ongoing options:
1 × acupuncture with associate per month — £120/month
2 × acupuncture with associate per month — £210/month
The right structure is recommended by Grace at your review point, based on how the work has progressed.
