Five Element Acupuncture
Subconscious repatterning / Theta-based work
Integrated treatment pathways
Visual interpretations and symbolic imagery
Educational content and written materials
All services are offered in a supportive, exploratory context and are intended to work alongside, not replace, conventional medical or psychological care.
2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care
Our services do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
You are responsible for continuing appropriate care with your GP, consultant, or mental health professional where relevant.
We do not advise stopping medication or medical treatment.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, contact emergency services or your GP immediately.
3. Client Responsibility & Consent
By booking or attending a session, you confirm that:
You are engaging voluntarily and take responsibility for your own wellbeing and choices.
You will provide accurate and honest information about your health, history, and circumstances.
You understand that outcomes cannot be guaranteed and vary from person to person.
Healing work can involve physical, emotional, and psychological responses. You agree to communicate openly if anything feels uncomfortable or unclear during the process.
4. Appointments & Bookings
All sessions must be booked in advance via the website or agreed booking method.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.
Initial Consultations, follow-ups, and pathway sessions are clearly defined at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if it is not appropriate or aligned with the scope of the practice.
5. Cancellations & Late Changes
We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Missed appointments are charged in full.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session, charged at the full rate.
This policy exists to protect practitioner time and the viability of the clinic.
6. Fees & Payments
Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking or sign-up.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Pathway payments are taken monthly by subscription where applicable.
Prices may change over time, but confirmed bookings and active pathways will honour agreed rates for their stated period.
7. Pathways & Programmes
Where clients engage in structured pathways:
Commitment is for the agreed duration (typically three months).
Sessions missed within a pathway are not refundable or transferable.
Pathways are designed as a coherent process; ad-hoc modification may affect outcomes.
Continuation or maintenance work is discussed in person and is not automatic.
8. Associate Practitioners
Some acupuncture sessions may be delivered by associate practitioners working under the Awareness & Integration framework.
All associates are appropriately trained and insured.
Grace Elliston retains overall clinical oversight of integrated pathways.
Session content may differ slightly between practitioners while remaining aligned with the core approach.
