HOW I GOT HERE

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick — the subtle exchanges between thought, emotion, and physiology that create the texture of a person’s life.

Nine years ago, acupuncture woke me up to that language. It didn’t just balance my body; it gave me a way to read energy — to understand what the body is trying to say long before it becomes a symptom.

Over time, I found that being regulated and strong weren’t enough. Once my body felt safe, I needed to understand the patterns that kept me looping back into the same experiences. That’s when I began working with subconscious healing — the missing link that turned awareness into transformation.

A surreal painting of an hourglass with a mountain landscape inside the top chamber, an eclipse in the sky, and bones and a skull in the bottom chamber. The hourglass appears to be floating above a cloudy background.
A painting of an angel with golden hair and large white wings, holding a sword pointed downward into a dark, swirling earth, surrounded by a lightning bolt, with a solemn expression.

MY WAY OF WORKING

My style is clear, intuitive, and quietly exacting. I listen for what people really mean — the thread beneath their words — and then translate that into a therapy to deliver what they really need.

Every aspect of the session — words, pulse, needles, energy — works as one conversation. The whole of you is met at once, and the change happens through that coherence.

Clients often say it feels like being seen on every level at once — physical, emotional, and unseen — and that the changes are both immediate and deep. My role is to guide you into coherence, not to fix you; to help you remember how to self-regulate so your system starts doing the healing itself.

A girl lying on the floor next to a small pine tree, looking up at a window with heavy golden curtains. Outside the window are mountains, pine trees, and a moonlit sky, with a white horse model standing on a platform near the girl.

WHAT SETS IT APART

I work fast but not forcefully.

I bring equal parts clinical precision and creative intuition.

I can see the pattern and the possibility at the same time — what’s happening now and what’s trying to emerge.

This blend of perception and practicality means the work stays grounded. The methods may sound abstract, but their effects are unmistakably real — deeper sleep, renewed energy, stronger immunity, and a steadier sense of peace that holds even when life gets noisy.

Sessions are structured but alive — guided by dialogue, intuition, and the intelligence of your own system.

We can go deep, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. There’s room to laugh, to breathe, to be human.

This isn’t a sterile therapy room; it’s a space where transformation feels safe, intelligent, and real.

MY TRAINING

I trained in Five Element Acupuncture with Gerad Kite in 2016 and went on to complete three of his postgraduate programmes (each eighteen months long).

In 2024, I began training in Theta Healing with Cristina Patel, completing four postgraduate trainings since.

I’ve worked with more than 600 people and held thousands of one-to-one sessions, each refining my understanding of how consciousness and physiology intertwine.

A surreal painting of a pond with four people swimming, a large blue lotus flower above the pond, and a lightning bolt striking through the flower into the ground. The sky is split between a sunny side with a bright sun and a starry night with stars.
A still life painting featuring a Maneki-neko (lucky cat) with a coin, a daisy flower in a vase, orange lilies in a vase, a small wooden rolling pin, and an empty wooden tray, with a waterfall and mountains in the background.

ALWAYS A STUDENT

I remain in both acupuncture and subconscious treatment myself. The more I learn, the more I see how endless this work is (in a good way!)— each layer revealing another level of precision and wonder. Healing isn’t a profession for me — it’s how I understand life itself.

My work grows out of that understanding; it’s the product of curiosity, awareness, and years spent studying what makes us whole.

I believe healing begins in the moment awareness ignites a system.

From there, everything reorganises — the body, the mind, and the life around it.

That’s what I offer: a clear space for that meeting to take place.
